During the summer of 2001, I was privileged to participate in a painting workshop taught by Scott Christensen (winner of the Prix de West in 2000). He is as gracious and wise as could be; and he worked us like farmhands! Each student created about forty small ‘quick sketches’ during that ten-day workshop.
